Mission

At I Care Maternity Home, we raise awareness, educate, and support mothers, particularly those facing maternal issues and housing instability. We prioritize prenatal care and address high infant mortality rates among black, indigenous, and people of color. We also provide a supportive environment for homeless pregnant women and those experiencing postpartum depression. Our non-profit aims to alleviate homelessness and improve overall community well-being.

“My doula, Ms, Toni, in particular has consistently invested so much care into me and my family. She helped me access resources I was unaware were available to me like transportation to my prenatal appointments, WIC, a free breast pump from my insurance, and rental assistance. She taught me how to safely sleep my babies on their backs and she ensured I was educated on how to properly install and buckle their car seats. When I needed baby clothing, diapers, and postpartum supplies Ms.Toni gladly provided those to me with an open heart.”
